Here is a link to the New Student Registration forms. It does not matter to the      district what paper you use to print these on as long as the information is collected.

Dear Parents,

Elberta Elementary is providing NEW enrolling students that will be registering for school in the Fall for the 2013-2014 school with the New Student Registration Pack. Please make sure that the registration pack is filled out completely and correctly before bringing it in to the school. Bring 2 proof of residences, copies of birth certificate, social security card, etc. as needed. This will make the registration process go more smoothly. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. Students that have previously been enrolled at Elberta Elementary will registrer through another process online. More information on this process will come in the following weeks.
